Strange Twist to the Work-up of Heart Attack

Bizarre. I guess when we're working up chest pain in the young patient, we should inquire about bullet holes in the side of the house.

Yes, we have a few people standing in the shallow end of the gene pool, but I promise that not all of us Hoosiers are this way.

Being a firearm owner, I feel bad that this may be traced to the man's neighbor that was target shooting nearby. I can't imagine the feeling of guilt that it would leave me with if I were in his place, thinking that I had killed someone by accident.
