What's wrong with the cover from this week's Heart Rhythm journal. (Hint: arrow).

This is why I don't think I'd ever like to be a copy editor because some smart a** will point out things like this.

To be fair, the patient might also have a pneumoperitoneum.

How do you keep track of the EKG with air in the pericardium? Seems like that'd markedly decrease the signal to the skin...

This intraperitoneal ablation may be more likely to stop hiccups, than atrial fibrillation.

We put wires inside the heart to record endocardial electrograms from those wires. This makes the need for looking at the surface electrocardiogram a bit less relevant durng the ablation procedure.
