I wonder what my office staff would say to these questions? Would their answers have been different if they knew they were recorded?

I guess if "transparency" is really going to work, we better make sure our office staff isn't just making up random prices. I'm pretty sure the lady in that tape would have quoted the price a lot higher if she knew she were being taped.
