In the era of political correctness, no child left behind, don't call kids obese because it might hurt their feelings, it's amazing that the courts sided with the doctor who dared to call a female patient fat.
It seems the overwhelming majority (75% of 40,723 responses entered so far) of those who responded to the MSNBC on-line poll said that they have had their doctor say they were overweight as well.
