UpToDate for EMRs

It's Friday. I sat down to work, saw this, and it made me smile:


It's not easy keeping up with technology when things move so fast.

    We just got our lab computers upgraded to XP in 2009 from 2K. Of course XP runs funkily on Pentium 3's.

    This in one of the "Most Wired Hospitals".

    Our EMR was installed last year, but we got the "2009" version. They're waiting for the end of 2011 to install the 2010 version.
