It does look as if the guy is moving his arms and legs while flying through the air.
This is definitely a do not try at home type of activity. A slight change in speed and he is too short or too long. In which case he is seriously injured, or dead.
How deep is the water? How wide is the pool? Et cetera.
For the physics student, that is one impressive set of calculations that had to be done precisely to get the trajectories *just* right...else, SpLaT ! Oh, and good engineering, too.
