that's amazing -- 1 billion for 313 beds seems a little steep. I assume they are going to recoup the charges in fees but how many people will never get in the door due to cost? At 313 beds and a 50 year life span of the hospital each child will pay $175 per night just to cover the build cost. www.waittimes.blogspot.com
