    No, this was not a joke. It seems that in astrological circles there is a concern of fated events when planets are in retrograde...

    This was news to me, too.

    Just don't say this to an actual astrophysicist... they get the astronomy/astrology thing all the time, when one is of course science while the other is bunk. They can be kinda touchy about it.

    Just tell them you will use a retrograde insertion technique and that will cancel out the bad juju mumbo jumbo.
